MobileApplication.ca is a mobile app development studio based in Toronto, Canada, providing iOS, Android, React Native and Flutter development, design, backend and related services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, including not attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its forms or its systems, and not submitting false, misleading or abusive information.
3. Enquiries & quotes
Information on this Site, including any pricing ranges, timelines or estimator output, is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any project quote becomes binding only when set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. We aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours but do not guarantee a specific response time.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to MobileApplication.ca and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created under a client project is governed by the relevant project agreement; as a rule, our clients own the source code, designs and IP we deliver to them on full payment.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileApplication.ca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
